Revolution is a full body workout incorporating hand weights, as well as immersive audio visual. This session focuses on interval training to maximise your caloric burn. You can bring your own cleats but otherwise your normal trainers will work. Increase or lower your resistance so that you spin to the beat. It’s the ultimate, ‘party on a bike’ experience for anyone looking for that full body workout.
