Vlad believes that the most important thing we can do is invest in ourselves and take care of our bodies, it’s the only place we have to live! He grew up playing a lot of high level sport and fell in love with conditioning his body instantly. Outside of the gym Vlad likes to compete in the boxing ring and play basketball!
