At age 13, I began resistance training in the gym and it changed my life. At age 19 I had finally saved enough to do my PT studies!
I have trained a wide range of clients from teenage girls just like myself when I began training, to elderly gentlemen. I love what I do more than I can put into words. I am incredibly passionate about helping my clients find balance, a healthy relationship with themselves, food, and training.
