Kesta is a qualified Group Exercise Instructor with national certificates in Fitness Foundations, Exercise Consultant and Group Fitness Instruction. She has 5 years experience in taking group cycle (spin) classes 6 classes a week and has also been active in CrossFit and boxing for the past 6 years.
Kesta loves to go to the gym to move, sweat, and have a good time with her fitness friends. It helps her keep a clear mind and makes her feel better in her skin.
Kesta’s goal is to provide a unique, motivating and fun experience in every class with the intent to help you forget about the outside world for 45 mins to invest in yourself.
