Katie has completed a Bachelor in Sport and Recreation and a Certificate in Personal Training at AUT.
It is important to Katie that she works with you on not only your fitness level but also on your nutrition to ensure that you gain the best results. She prefers working with you to create an ongoing fitness and health routine for the long term.
She has played touch rugby for 10 years at national and social levels. During this time, Katie qualified to compete at the NZ Touch Nationals held in Palmerston North three years in a row.
Katie also trained in CrossFit for three years and participated in competitions at various levels. This has provided her with the knowledge to train in Olympic lifting, and basic gymnastic areas.
Katie is also a trained group exercise instructor in our PUNISH, BURN, UNLEASH, and REVOLUTION classes and instructs them at various times throughout the week.
Katie always strives to make people smile with her humorous characteristics and outgoing nature and believes that you can still have fun while working hard towards your goals.
