My passion for fitness started at a young age, I participated in practically every extracurricular school sport available from trampolining and dance, to athletics and climbing.
I love being outdoors and focus most of my training around functional movement. If I can get outdoors climbing, hiking or surfing I will.
I love working with people and inspiring them to be confident and proud of their bodies. I understand that gyms can sometimes feel threatening and I hope to change those opinions and make all of our members feel as happy and comfortable as possible.
I worked as a personal trainer for a number of years but what I really enjoy is teaching classes and hope to make them super fun for you!!!
