My journey with fitness started when I was 10, I have always been sporty and extremely competitive! You could find me outside manly on the ski slops, and if I wasn’t there I was in the gym.
I grew up in Wanaka spending 8 years of my life with back-to-back winters down south and in Europe, representing NZ in alpine ski racing. Being an athlete meant spending a lot of time around fitness and fitness professionals which I became passionate about when I stop competing 2 years ago.
I aim to help other people thrive to become fitter, stronger and more confident within themselves.
Everyone should experience that feeling you get after an epic workout, for me there’s nothing better. I make sure you bring out that determination and of course sweat during a session. I love helping people find a healthy relationship with their diet and training to make sure they keep moving towards their goals.
I believe having fitness as a priority in your life is the key to injury prevention and longevity which will keep us going as we age.
