Charlotte is not a PT nor an athlete of any description, but what she is passionate about is exercise and a strong believer that being active, in whatever way, creates a positive mindset and self.
Charlotte qualified as a Radical Power instructor 5 years ago in which she taught a weight based power class twice a week. Charlotte loved this and now, 4 years post the joys or raising 2 young children, she is excited to get back into teaching, this time with Revolution.
Her goal is to make everyone work to their full potential and finish each class feeling energised and alive. Bring it on!
